Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Woomnow account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
